Seaside Cottage 2 the upper level unit of a cozy North Myrtle Beach duplex, located one block from the stunning Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. A fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors, beautiful furnishings, and five televisions will ensure that you have all the comforts of home. With delightful oak trees and breathtaking views from the sun deck, you will be able to truly soak in all that the Grand Strand has to offer. You can spend the day on the beach playing in the sand, watching the seagulls, and listening to the waves, and then come home to your fenced backyard with a pool, picnic tables, hammock and grills. Come to North Myrtle Beach and let Seaside Cottage be your home away from home. POOL AT THIS HOME IS OPEN FROM MID-MAY--OCTOBER. This rental unit has Roku/Internet TV service -- bring your passwords.

House was great. The backyard was a plus also. Kids had a blast in the pool. Very clean. The only thing that was a drawback was the size of the kitchen and living area. All in all, it was great.

Rental was in a great location, close to the beach (within a couple of minutes). Was cleaned, only issue was the rusty vents and black mold around the bathroom vents. Called management and they sent someone out right away to take care of mold. Great communication.

We returned for our 4th visit and stay with Retreat. And, as with before, we were NOT disappointed!We had family from NY and Louisiana joining us. We had a great time.
Of course having our dogs with us was the icing on the cake!

We really enjoyed ourselves! Only thing I would add is a backyard light. The pool has some lights but not enough. While taking a night swim we had bats hovering over us!

We had a fantastic time at Seaside Cottage 2. It as a stone throw from the beach which was helpful with all the kiddos! It is a well maintained property, could be updated in some areas but for the cost per week was very worth it. The pool could be better maintained but was great to have available in the evenings after the beach. Overall we were extremely happy with our decision to rent here. The staff was kind and helpful. We would absolutely return for another vacation, and have already recommended it to others we know!!

As a family, we rented both Seaside Cottage 1 & 2, meaning upstairs & downstairs. The house with its pool was perfect. From the initial contact with Retreat Myrtle Beach, through check in & check out, the process was flawless. Great room sizes, plenty of room within the living room and kitchen areas, property was neat & clean, had a problem and maintenance was "johnny on the spot", which was amazing, as most require a 24hr notice...Location to the beach area was perfect, within walking distance to ice cream shop, restaurants, bars & retail shops. This was our 1st time to stay here and we've already booked the entire house for next year. Our new HAPPY PLACE.

Overall a good vacation. The property could be much better with a few improvements. Water pressure is bad if 2 people take a shower at the same time it is real bad. Wi-fi is bad, does not reach the back bedrooms. It would not be a problem except you need wi-fi to watch TV. TV, you should have cable. The free Roku stinks and even if you bring your own you can't watch local or live TV. I bought a FUBO subscription to get through the week. Need a rug at each entrance to wipe feet. You wash your feet outside but have to walk through sand to get to the steps. Sand in the house, you need a better vacuum then the $12.99 Walmart special to pickup sand. On the plus side the beds were good the AC unit was strong and did not hear much noise from the renters below.

The unit was the perfect size for our family. We had plenty of space and didn't feel like we were on top of each other all the time. It was clean and comfortable and we really liked the location. The enclosed backyard with the pool was exceptionally nice for our kids. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be booking here again!

We absolutely loved this rental. We've stayed with Retreat MB twice now and both times stayed in Mariposa 1 (which we also like). We decided to extend our stay at the last minute this past trip, so we were moved to Seaside Cottage 2. Absolutely LOVED it! Did not want to leave! It's a beautiful property, huge and plenty of room for all of your guests. It's a couple streets back from the ocean, but still oceanview, and the area is very quiet/residential. The pool is a great size and is in the backyard. It was closed for the season when we were there in December, but I imagine it's beautiful when open during the regular season. We also love working with RMB, Jeanne is amazing! We will 1000% be back and can't wait!

We were moved to this location due to a problem at the original location and I am glad. We have been renting the same place for a few years but this one was a nice step up in convenience. There is a beautiful fenced in back yard, easy to take the dogs out. The inside has lots of bedrooms and very comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms which is nice when you have three or more guests. The walk to the beach was easy and there was a convenience store in walking distance for any last minute needs. The surrounding area was quiet and people in the neighborhood were friendly.

Spacious layout with intimate feel for the beach. Nice pool area and backyard.Staff was A1 above and beyond, thanks Jeane. Only downside was the low water pressure if all showers are on at the same time. Nothing major.

I was great place to stay and the staff are wonderful. The only thing I can say something about is I hope they fix the awaning over the door and consider covering the front porch overhead so you can enjoy sitting outside.
