This place had plenty of room for my family. We spend a lot of time on the patio overlooking the ocean and the beautiful evening lightning over the ocean. I loved the colors and view in the master bedroom as well. We loved it so much, we plan to return next Summer as well!

We have always booked and stayed with Jeanne. The experience is great. The units are very nice and comfortable. The views are amazing. The unit is always clean when we arrive and in order. The atmosphere and other guests in this condo is very friendly. I have found this location is central to a lot of great attractions and dining at NMB. This is where I will stay every time I visit NMB.

We were in room 103. It was very clean. Tv options were improved! Kitchen utensils were plenty! Played golf, went shopping Tanger outlets Broadway at the beach and Barefoot landing. Ate out at Flying fish, Dino’s , Oscars and ice cream at Friendly’s. Bought donuts at Krispy Kreme. Those places we visited were after spending the day at the beach! No rain all week! We liked the new door lock system too.

Very pleased with this condo, location is central to shopping, eateries, etc. The beach here is very wide and very nice! The new check-in/out was very handy; keyless entry was very nice. Communication with the company was always great. Our condo was lovely and very well furnished. No maintenance issues at all during our staff!! The only issue that kept me from giving this all 5 * was the shower in the master bath. It’s a small stand-up shower with a small shower head. Other than this one issue, this is a very lovely condo that has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!!

We had sun every day! 80-85. Went to Dino’s for breakfast first morning there. Next day Top Golf. Our routine was going to the beach at around 11am till 4pm. Then get ready for dinner. A few days we cooked in and others we went to Oscars, Landry's, Flying Fish. Also saw a show-at Alabama Theater. Shopping at Tanger outlets and Broadway at the beach. Loved where we stayed. The people at Retreat Mrytle Beach are wonderful. Were from Ohio and we been staying with Retreat for about 25 yrs.

We love to stay at this property and have done so for many years. This year the unit was not as clean as usual. Sand on the floor and dust before we unpacked. Also, the property is looking somewhat run down. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced in the parking area. More were missing than in place. Other than that, we love this property and look forward to staying again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean with nice furniture. The view of the ocean from the bedroom & patio was fabulous. Easy walk to the beach from the back of the building. We were able to take our dogs to a nearby dog park so they could run & they also enjoyed their walks on the beach. Kroger grocery store is minutes away with a local burger place along side it for that quick dinner after you shop. Burgers are delicious. Best pizza was at Roasted Tomato, near the wax museum in Myrtle beach. They have a full Italian menu & bar.

My husband, Mom and I stayed at Crescent Dunes 103 for the month of March, along with our Himalyan and Pomchi. The condo is great ! Perfect location, nicely furnished, clean and comfortably laid out. AND you can't beat the ocean view right off the deck and master suite. The staff at Retreat Myrtle Beach were extremely responsive and professional and genuinely interested in having us enjoy our vacation.

The condo was much cleaner than other places we've stayed at that were pet friendly. I could still feel grit on the floor from sand when we first walked in, but I smelled bleach from where they cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. :) The only "complaint" I have is that the lighting in the hall bath was on a dimmer, but not sure they used the proper light bulbs. The light would flicker/cut off constantly and you had to keep messing with the dimmer switch to get the light to stay on.

My husband and I, two friends, and our little 15 lb. dog enjoyed a week at 103 Crescent Dunes. The condo is beautifully decorated, and more importantly, at least to me, it was very clean. We always travel with our dog and too many places that are pet friendly are not very clean. We enjoyed the balcony and open breezes from the ocean The rooms look just like the pictures on the website. The following is not a criticism but note to owner: the refrigerator door does not seal well so we made sure that we checked and re-checked that it was closed.

Loved the beach. Ocean front view was great. Dog friendly a must. Condo was clean and comfortable and included a washer & dryer, which made packing easy.
Only thing we would change would be the living room sofa - very uncomfortable.
Floors were easy to clean. Kitchen was great -dishwasher, microwave, stove.
Cooked most meals instead of eating out. Table and chairs on balcony made it nice to eat out on nice days. Will rent again.

Unfortunately our vacation was cut short due to Florence. We arrived on Sat. and had to evacuate on Tues morning. The unit was comfortable and clean, the beds were really comfy!.. Retreat called us on Monday to inform us about the evacuation. I was sorry to have to leave so soon, but genuinely appreciate that Retreat was more concerned for the safety of their guests and furry friends than the revenue ! Impressive ! We will try again next year !

We have rented Crescent Dunes condos for many years but this was our first stay in Condo 103. The furniture and beds were the most comfortable of any condo yet. This is a non-smoking building both inside and out. That's a big factor for us! Jeanne with Retreat Myrtle Beach management as always did a great job. We had a problem with the dishwasher and she had a repairman out and promptly fixed. The views - what can I say? This building is oceanfront and the sounds and sights are so relaxing. There are rocking chairs on the balcony - yay! I highly recommend Joe's Bar and Grill; Midtown Bistro; Villa Tuscanna for dinner and Crab Catchers in Little River for lunch and/or dinner. For breakfast: Johnny D’s Waffles and Benedicts. If you've never been before, I recommend dinner at the Boundary House in Calabash, NC and there's an awesome Christmas store within walking distance.

Very nice unit and friendly tenants. Quiet clean part of town right on the ocean. Wish there were more, affordable gems like this in the area! Nice upgrade feeling unit with nice furnishings and plenty of space. Would love if the pool was a touch bigger and there was a boardwalk over the sand trail to the ocean, but honestly cannot complain! Will definitely stay again!!

We've stayed at Crescent Dunes many times. We love the location and the fact that it's Pet-Friendly so we can bring our 2 fur babies. This condo wasn't as nice as some of the others we have stayed in. There are several chips and cracks in the tile floor, particularly in the kitchen and on the balcony. Several times I attempted to pick up or sweep up what I thought was debris on the floor, only to find out it was a chip in the tile. The shower in the master bath was very small and had little space for our shampoo bottles and soap. We won't be staying in this particular unit in the future, but again, we LOVE the location of Crescent Dunes.

After missing our vacation spot for the past two years we returned this October. Our vacation was fantastic. From the start, Jeanne in the office helped us book this unit as our regular unit was unavailable. Jeanne is so helpful and certainly an important asset to the company. We couldn't of been happier with the choice. The accommodations were clean and modern. Being on the first floor allows you the option of using the elevator or the stairs.The location is very accessible to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Our dog feels very welcome here. I would highly recommend Beach Realty. We can't wait to come back!

This place had plenty of room for my family. We spend a lot of time on the patio overlooking the ocean and the beautiful evening lightning over the ocean. I loved the colors and view in the master bedroom as well. We loved it so much, we plan to return next Summer as well!

We have always booked and stayed with Jeanne. The experience is great. The units are very nice and comfortable. The views are amazing. The unit is always clean when we arrive and in order. The atmosphere and other guests in this condo is very friendly. I have found this location is central to a lot of great attractions and dining at NMB. We were in room 103. It was very clean. Tv options were improved! Kitchen utensils were plenty! Played golf, went shopping Tanger outlets Broadway at the beach and Barefoot landing. Ate out at Flying fish, Dino’s , Oscars and ice cream at Friendly’s. Bought donuts at Krispy Kreme. Those places we visited were after spending the day at the beach! No rain all week! We liked the new door lock system too.

We love to stay at this property and have done so for many years. This year the unit was not as clean as usual. Sand on the floor and dust before we unpacked. Also, the property is looking somewhat run down. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced in the parking area. More were missing than in place. Other than that, we love this property and look forward to staying again next year.

We had sun every day! 80-85. Went to Dino’s for breakfast first morning there. Next day Top Golf. Our routine was going to the beach at around 11am till 4pm. Then get ready for dinner. A few days we cooked in and others we went to Oscars, Landry's, Flying Fish. Also saw a show-at Alabama Theater. Shopping at Tanger outlets and Broadway at the beach. Loved where we stayed. The people at Retreat Mrytle Beach are wonderful. Were from Ohio and we been staying with Retreat for about 25 yrs.

After missing our vacation spot for the past two years we returned this October. Our vacation was fantastic. From the start, Jeanne in the office helped us book this unit as our regular unit was unavailable. Jeanne is so helpful and certainly an important asset to the company. We couldn't of been happier with the choice. The accommodations were clean and modern. Being on the first floor allows you the option of using the elevator or the stairs.The location is very accessible to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Our dog feels very welcome here. I would highly recommend Beach Realty. We can't wait to come back!

We've stayed at Crescent Dunes many times. We love the location and the fact that it's Pet-Friendly so we can bring our 2 fur babies. This condo wasn't as nice as some of the others we have stayed in. There are several chips and cracks in the tile floor, particularly in the kitchen and on the balcony. Several times I attempted to pick up or sweep up what I thought was debris on the floor, only to find out it was a chip in the tile. The shower in the master bath was very small and had little space for our shampoo bottles and soap. We won't be staying in this particular unit in the future, but again, we LOVE the location of Crescent Dunes.

Very nice unit and friendly tenants. Quiet clean part of town right on the ocean. Wish there were more, affordable gems like this in the area! Nice upgrade feeling unit with nice furnishings and plenty of space. Would love if the pool was a touch bigger and there was a boardwalk over the sand trail to the ocean, but honestly cannot complain! Will definitely stay again!!

We have rented Crescent Dunes condos for many years but this was our first stay in Condo 103. The furniture and beds were the most comfortable of any condo yet. This is a non-smoking building both inside and out. That's a big factor for us! Jeanne with Retreat Myrtle Beach management as always did a great job. We had a problem with the dishwasher and she had a repairman out and promptly fixed. The views - what can I say? This building is oceanfront and the sounds and sights are so relaxing. There are rocking chairs on the balcony - yay! I highly recommend Joe's Bar and Grill; Midtown Bistro; Villa Tuscanna for dinner and Crab Catchers in Little River for lunch and/or dinner. For breakfast: Johnny D’s Waffles and Benedicts. If you've never been before, I recommend dinner at the Boundary House in Calabash, NC and there's an awesome Christmas store within walking distance.

Property for the most part was well maintained. Upon check in at my unit, the sinks and showers were clearly not cleaned as there was still someonelse's tooth paste mess in the sink. Showers were not very clean. The tile floors were vacuumed but not clean by any means. The beds were very nice, clean and not worn. The living room furniture was acceptable but the sofa needs replaced.
The walk to the beach was nice, just a few feet away. Pool was well maintained. Parking was appropriate.

The condo was much cleaner than other places we've stayed at that were pet friendly. I could still feel grit on the floor from sand when we first walked in, but I smelled bleach from where they cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. :) The only "complaint" I have is that the lighting in the hall bath was on a dimmer, but not sure they used the proper light bulbs. The light would flicker/cut off constantly and you had to keep messing with the dimmer switch to get the light to stay on.

We were able to take our dogs to a nearby dog park so they could run & they also enjoyed their walks on the beach. Kroger grocery store is minutes away with a local burger place along side it for that quick dinner after you shop. Burgers are delicious. Best pizza was at Roasted Tomato, near the wax museum in Myrtle beach. They have a full Italian menu & bar.

We come to Myrtle Beach every January. The was the Best place we ever stayed. It was so comfortable and also very nice for our little yorkie. The location was Awesome, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The condo was Beautiful, clean and updated. The kitchen was very accommodating and had a pantry for food. The people there were very nice.

Beautiful condo unit. We love the location and the fact that we got to bring our dog with us was wonderful. Everything went smoothly with making reservations to calling when we arrived with questions regarding changing our password for keyless entry. Very clean unit. The guest staying at the condo were so friendly. This is our fifth time staying at Crescent Dunes. Unit 402 is one of the nicest units . We’ll definitely be back.

The room was very nice, with beautiful decor and comfy beds/furniture. I was also very pleased to see that the building and grounds were much improved since the last time I stayed here. Everything looked freshly painted, and the landscaping was very nice. Pool area was clean and nicely furnished as well. The room appeared to be very clean, but after the baby crawled on the floor and got black knees & toes, we quickly realized it needed a mopping, which I did, no big deal. I am still giving it a 5* review because it is a beautiful property.

Unit 402 did not disappoint! Decor is beautiful and the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Keurig coffee maker! We’ve been staying at Crescent Dunes through Retreat Myrtle Beach for a number of years. Units are always clean as is the exterior property. Retreat is always pleasant to work with when planning our stay. We will continue to stay here with our fur baby. Love it!!

The weather was great for our week stay at NMB. The condo was perfect for us, our grandchild and our dog �� so close to the beach to run back in if you forgot something or time for lunch. The beds are very comfortable and it was nice to have so many TV’s to keep everyone happy. Nice big shower in the main bedroom and a great view of the ocean from bedroom and living room. Loved the condo. ❤️

This was our seventh stay at Cresent Dunes and always love it there. Upon arrival we always inspect the condo. We swept the floors as it's probably impossible to get all of the sand out if you go to the beach and there was some dog hair underneath a bar stool but overall it was clean. We took our own li e s this year and towels. Being nothing the best of health I am unable to walk on beach but did lay in the sun by the pool. I loved sitting on the deck n outside the room watching and listening to the ocean. Overall our stay was great.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Crescent Dunes, and Retreat Myrtle Beach is a professional and friendly company to work with. As one of the few pet-friendly rental locations at NMB, most of the rental units have guests with pets and everyone is very accommodating. It would be nice to have a larger outdoor pet green area on the Ground Floor if possible. The 402 unit could use a new kitchen trash can (it had a broken lid) but other than that the Unit exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come again with our dogs.

I am so thankful to Retreat Myrtle Beach! We went to the beach with reservations elsewhere & it turned out to be just too small to accommodate us. We contacted Retreat last minute & they rented us a three bedroom 2 bath condo on the spot, oceanfront!!! It was very nice, clean with everything we needed. Best of all.....we had our small Westie with us which they were glad to let stay as well!! It was a very pleasant experience! I will definitely rent from them again!!!

My one and only complaint would be how hot it is when you step out of your condo to wait on elevator and in the elevator,there is no air at all and it's just way to hot! The condo it's self was beautiful,well equipped and very clean with very comfortable beds.

This was our 4th stay with retreatmyrtlebeach and the one thing that I like best is their consistency. Every place we have stayed was clean and the linen we requested was clean and always there. Their is never any evidence of the guest who stayed before and the best part is being pet friendly. Highly recommended as THE place to stay.

My family stayed from 6/27-7/4. Our Condo was very clean and was recently remodeled a year ago. Everything was fantastic in regards to our Condo. There is only 1 elevator though which is a little challenging when unloading. However, our overall experience was great!

Great overall experience. One elevator in a dog friendly building could have been an issue if the building was full during our stay. Stairs very narrow and lots of quick turns so wasn’t the best method to get downstairs. Master bedroom was much hotter than the rest of the unit. Could use a ceiling fan. Beautiful decor, roomy porch, well appointed. I will definitely rent this unit in the future.

We have stayed at Crescent Dunes many times. This was a wonderful unit. The upgrades were great. Wish the third bedroom had twin beds instead of a queen bed. Grown grandsons will not sleep together.

The unit is just as pictured. When renting vacation properties, we always bring cleaning supplies because you never know what you may walk into. I am thrilled to say, we did not have to clean. This is the cleanest pet friendly rental I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely rent this unit again in the future!!!

This was our first trip to the beach in December and since It was our 33rd wedding anniversary we decided to come to celebrate. The condo was beautiful, neat, clean, and very classy. Part of our plans were to go to the Alabama Theatre for their Christmas Show and the condo was very close to this as well as restaurants, and most of the places we wanted to shop at. We came in on a Wednesday and left Sunday so I missed seeing all the folks at the office, but everything was handled in advance so the lockbox worked out fine. Thanks for another great vacation. Everyone, including my fur babies, enjoyed every part of the trip. I do so much wish we could stay here in September, but we always stay nine nights. Looking forward to seeing you next year Hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday season.

What a wonderful spot! Condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! It was so nice sitting with the fireplace glowing on the cool evenings. The bedrooms are all large. Loved the balcony that was so private and had a spectacular view of the ocean. Look forward to staying here again.

After having so much fun last year on our anniversary we decided to do it again. This condo is the one we had last year. It is a wonderful condo and it's in a great location. Only suggestion is to put up some racks for the hand towels in both bathrooms. I felt like I was getting water all over the floor every time I washed my hands. We had beautiful weather, saw a show, shopped a lot,went to the beach every day with the fur kids, and of course ate out, Everything was a short trip from the condo We are already counting the days until our next beach visit. I was sick with chest cold so that was my week. Apartment was very nice, only problem internet was in and out. called support. He came and worked on system, but it was not secure for work. Our dog didn't like elevator. And Bike week.. Noisy group across street. We now know when not to come. Views great, rooms ,tvs, kitchen all fine. Because of sickness never went to beach. bummer.. just wrong time for us..would prefer keyless entry.

We come to Myrtle Beach every January. The was the Best place we ever stayed. It was so comfortable and also very nice for our little yorkie. The location was Awesome, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The condo was Beautiful, clean and updated. The kitchen was very accommodating and had a pantry for food. The people there were very nice.

Beautiful condo unit. We love the location and the fact that we got to bring our dog with us was wonderful. Everything went smoothly with making reservations to calling when we arrived with questions regarding changing our password for keyless entry. Very clean unit. The guest staying at the condo were so friendly. This is our fifth time staying at Crescent Dunes. Unit 402 is one of the nicest units . We’ll definitely be back.

The room was very nice, with beautiful decor and comfy beds/furniture. I was also very pleased to see that the building and grounds were much improved since the last time I stayed here. Everything looked freshly painted, and the landscaping was very nice. Pool area was clean and nicely furnished as well. The room appeared to be very clean, but after the baby crawled on the floor and got black knees & toes, we quickly realized it needed a mopping, which I did, no big deal. I am still giving it a 5* review because it is a beautiful property.

Unit 402 did not disappoint! Decor is beautiful and the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Keurig coffee maker! We’ve been staying at Crescent Dunes through Retreat Myrtle Beach for a number of years. Units are always clean as is the exterior property. Retreat is always pleasant to work with when planning our stay. We will continue to stay here with our fur baby. Love it!!

The weather was great for our week stay at NMB. The condo was perfect for us, our grandchild and our dog so close to the beach to run back in if you forgot something or time for lunch. The beds are very comfortable and it was nice to have so many TV’s to keep everyone happy. Nice big shower in the main bedroom and a great view of the ocean from bedroom and living room. Loved the condo. ❤️

The unit is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Property manager is fantastic. Little upsetting to realize the pool and sundeck were closed for the winter when the picture gives you the impression otherwise. I feel like I paid for those amenities and was disappointed in not having a pool and sundeck option. That should have been spelled out better. Also, building work was done every single day for 3 straight weeks to include weekends. It was invasive at times as they were on our balcony and noise would start our days. It was hard to sit outside and enjoy the sun and view on the weekends due to this and we would be woken up on the weekends due to the noise factor. Poor timing for us as I know maintenance needs to happen. It would have been nice to have a break from it on the weekends though. The last thing is the building was not fully secure. The stairway doors were unable to be closed completely, thus anyone could walk in. Although, I did feel the general area is very safe and its amazingly clean. But that is a safety factor that should be rectified.

HAVE STAYED IN SEVERAL CONDOS IN THIS BUILDING THIS WAS OUR THIRD YEAR IN THS CONDO, SO OBVIOUSLY WE LIKE IT. STILL WISH THEY HADN'T TOOK OUT THE SECOND SINK IN MASTER. WOULD PERFER KEYLESS ENTRY. JEAN IS ALWAYS GREAT TO WORK WITH. ALTHOUGH WEATHER WAS COOLER THAN USUAL WE HAD A GREAT TIME.

I was sick with chest cold so that was my week. Apartment was very nice, only problem internet was in and out. called support. He came and worked on system, but it was not secure for work. Our dog didn't like elevator. And Bike week.. Noisy group across street. We now know when not to come. Views great, rooms ,tvs, kitchen all fine. Because of sickness never went to beach. bummer.. just wrong time for us..would prefer keyless entry.

After having so much fun last year on our anniversary we decided to do it again. This condo is the one we had last year. It is a wonderful condo and it's in a great location. Only suggestion is to put up some racks for the hand towels in both bathrooms. I felt like I was getting water all over the floor every time I washed my hands. We had beautiful weather, saw a show, shopped a lot,went to the beach every day with the fur kids, and of course ate out, Everything was a short trip from the condo We are already counting the days until our next beach visit. What a wonderful spot! Condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! It was so nice sitting with the fireplace glowing on the cool evenings. The bedrooms are all large. Loved the balcony that was so private and had a spectacular view of the ocean. Look forward to staying here again.

This was our first trip to the beach in December and since It was our 33rd wedding anniversary we decided to come to celebrate. The condo was beautiful, neat, clean, and very classy. Part of our plans were to go to the Alabama Theatre for their Christmas Show and the condo was very close to this as well as restaurants, and most of the places we wanted to shop at. We came in on a Wednesday and left Sunday so I missed seeing all the folks at the office, but everything was handled in advance so the lockbox worked out fine. Thanks for another great vacation. Everyone, including my fur babies, enjoyed every part of the trip. I do so much wish we could stay here in September, but we always stay nine nights. Looking forward to seeing you next year Hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday season.

We have stayed at Crescent Dunes many times. This was a wonderful unit. The upgrades were great. Wish the third bedroom had twin beds instead of a queen bed. Grown grandsons will not sleep together.

My one and only complaint would be how hot it is when you step out of your condo to wait on elevator and in the elevator,there is no air at all and it's just way to hot! The condo it's self was beautiful,well equipped and very clean with very comfortable beds.

I am so thankful to Retreat Myrtle Beach! We went to the beach with reservations elsewhere & it turned out to be just too small to accommodate us. We contacted Retreat last minute & they rented us a three bedroom 2 bath condo on the spot, oceanfront!!! It was very nice, clean with everything we needed. Best of all.....we had our small Westie with us which they were glad to let stay as well!! It was a very pleasant experience! I will definitely rent from them again!!!

I am so thankful to Retreat Myrtle Beach! We went to the beach with reservations elsewhere & it turned out to be just too small to accommodate us. We contacted Retreat last minute & they rented us a three bedroom 2 bath condo on the spot, oceanfront!!! It was very nice, clean with everything we needed. Best of all.....we had our small Westie with us which they were glad to let stay as well!! It was a very pleasant experience! I will definitely rent from them again!!!
